If You Wish Upon Me

As his dying wish, Tae-sik and Yeon-joo take the former captain of Team Genie to his hometown. On the way to the town, they come across Gyeo-rye who is on the run.

Gyeo-rye volunteers to drive the ambulance and Tae-sik allows him despite Yeon-joo's protest. Later, Team Genie bring the first patient to his old home.

Yong Ho is in his final moments, which deeply affects Gyeo Rye; a young cancer patient struggles with extreme pain, and Tae Sik tries to fulfil her final wish, despite her uncertainty about living in agony.

The preparations for Se-hee's musical begin after Gyu-tae changes his mind; Gyeo-rye is curious about what is in Room 403.

Se-hee's musical is a success; Gyeo-rye notices Mr. Kang receive money from Se-hee's parents even though Team Genie conducts charity work.

After Jun Kyung's release from prison, Seok Jun and Gyeo Rye cannot find her; Seo Jin's boyfriend is the victim of a hit-and-run and shares his final wish with her, leading Seo Jin to enlist Gyeo Rye's help in fulfilling it.
