Crime journalist Paul Connolly is back to investigate the world's toughest prisons after his weeklong stay at Danli Jail, Honduras in `World's Most Dangerous Prison'. This time the presenter travels to different locations to explore the imprisonment process of various societies. In the Philippines, Connolly visits Rizal Jail, where inmates perform dances and cook for each other. Over in Poland, the host experiences intensive guard and riot training in Piotrkow Prison. Throughout the episodes Connolly reveals the struggles of each institution as the guards attempt to reform criminals and prisoners adjust to life on the inside.
