Into The Congo With Ben Fogle

Ben arrives in the bustling capital Brazzaville, before setting off on a gruelling two-day journey into the wilderness to visit a remote tribe living deep in the jungle, one of the longest-surviving cultures in the world.

On the second leg of his journey, Ben visits a market selling threatened species for food, and heads deeper into the Congo wilderness to fulfil his dream of seeing wild gorillas. He also heads to Ngaga Camp in one of Africa's oldest national parks.

On the final leg of his journey, Ben Fogle goes daredevil fishing, where lives are risked to put food on the table. He also watches Congolese wrestling, in which fighters set themselves on fire and brandish live snakes.
