Jeremy Pang's Hong Kong Kitchen

Jeremy kicks off a culinary trip to Hong Kong with good friend Mel Giedroyc. They cook up a storm in the kitchen with a ginger steamed milk pudding topped with a luscious mandarin crumble. Jeremy then takes Mel on a tour of Hong Kong.

Jeremy is joined in Hong Kong by chef and friend Simon Rimmer. After a few drinks in the Hong Kong sunshine, they step into the kitchen to put their own spin on an indulgent prawn toast sandwich. Jeremy then takes Simon on a tour of the old town.

Jeremy is joined by food critic Grace Dent as they kick off a culinary adventure with a cocktail that is infused with beef dripping. They then journey to Kuk Po, one of Hong Kong's last traditional villages, where they feast on true local cuisine.

Jeremy and TV chef Nisha Katona embark on an exploration of Hong Kong together. After enjoying world-class cocktails and appetisers at Bar Leone, Jeremy takes Nisha deep into Hong Kong's local food scene for the ultimate clay pot rice.
