The Bake Off tent becomes home to some of the UK's most enthusiastic youngest bakers. Britain's best junior bakers are put through a series of challenges, where their knowledge of baking and skills are put to the test. The keen young bakers tackle biscuit-making and cake-making, and the all-important showstoppers. Supporting the bakers in the tent is host Harry Hill, while judges Prue Leith and former contestant Liam Charles give their feedback. Over a course of ten weeks, the bakers must prove their skills in order to become the Junior Bake Off Champion.

EPISODE 1

Cake Day

The first heat of eight junior bakers enters the Bake Off tent for two exciting challenges. Sponge-baking and jam-making skills are tested in a tricky Technical, then a Showstopper themed around what our bakers would do if they were Prime Minister.
EPISODE 2

Biscuit Day

It's Biscuit Day, and the first heat of bakers returns to the Bake Off tent to make six wafer unicorn horns before creating a biscuit diorama to show off what their very best Saturday would look like.
EPISODE 3

Bread Day

It's Bread Day, and the bakers have a lot to prove with two tough challenges. In the Technical they must shape and decorate with a feline twist. And in Showstopper, the bakers are asked to create a historical figure in bread form.
EPISODE 4

Dessert Day

The bakers are tasked with producing the perfect finale to any meal. In the Technical, they attempt a traditional Chinese dessert with an amphibious twist. Then they must launch the humble milkshake out of this world for the Showstopper.
EPISODE 5

Pastry Day

It's Pastry Day, and in the Technical, the bakers use an exciting piece of kitchen kit to create a twist on a classic donut. Then for the Showstopper, the bakers must build a scene into a fruit tart that lets us in on their biggest phobias.
EPISODE 6

Cake Day

The second heat of eight junior bakers take on a fun twist on a traditional cake pop with a very specific facial expression, and create a Showstopper that, when sliced, reveals their hidden talents.
