When a woman witnesses the affair between her best friend and her husband, and is murdered by them, she goes back in time to change her future and seek revenge.

Ji-won travels ten years back in time and discovers that events will unfold as they are meant to according to the law of fate. In an attempt to shift her fate to Soo Min, she tries to matchmake her future husband, Park Min-hwan, with her.

Ji-hyuk unexpectedly enters Ji-won's life, while Su-min invites her to a reunion to confront past traumas. Ji-won, understanding Su-min's intentions, undergoes a transformation with the support of her colleagues.

Ji-won accompanies Ji-hyeok to a party where they meet Su-min, sparking curiosity. Ji-hyuk worries as Ji-won's personality shifts. At a school reunion, Su-min becomes increasingly focused on Ji-won following a tense encounter.

Ji-hyuk reminisces about his first encounter with Ji-won eight years ago. Su-min manipulates Mr Kim to steal Ji-won's proposal, while Ji-hyuk tries to assist Ji-won.

Ji-hyuk confesses his feelings to Ji-won, but she has no time to contemplate her own emotions for him. Ji-hyuk empowers Ji-won to take a stand and fight.
