Mary comes to the rescue of Lorraine Kelly and her daughter Rosie. Like many people, Lorraine leads such a busy life that cooking has taken a back seat. She has relied on daughter Rosie's culinary skills, but Rosie is about to fly the nest.

Mary joins presenter AJ Odudu to teach her the joys of stress-free cooking. AJ keeps a calm head when hosting live TV or dancing in front of millions on Strictly, but is anything but calm when it comes to cooking.

Mary joins West End star and keen cook Michael Ball, who wants some fresh ideas and interesting recipes that will expand his repertoire. The theatre is a second home for Michael, so she's grabbing him for a couple of hours before a performance.
