Matter Of Respect

Zeliha, a mother of two, moves to Istanbul with her husband Hasan and their sons, Yigit and Emir.

Hasan decides to open a jewelry shop in the neighborhood. Namik introduces him to Sadullah, an influential man who can help him start the business.

On opening day, the store is robbed and Hasan is ruined.

Emir finds it strange that the police refuse to open an investigation into the jewelry store robbery. He is convinced that Sadullah is responsible for his father's death and shares his suspicions with his brother, who decides to take action.

After Hasans death, Zeliha is completely disoriented; she loses her memory and no longer recognizes her son Emir.

Yigit is finally free. Emir is still away from Istanbul handling an inheritance matter when his brother pays him a surprise visit.
