Housewife Keiko Natori lives happily with her elite banker husband, Shinichi. Her husband, best friend and little sister all support her. But on their first anniversary, Keiko sees a message on Shinichi's phone.

Keiko Natori begins to suspect her husband Shinichi of cheating with her best friend Yuka after seeing his phone. But it is actually her little sister Shiho, whom she trusts completely. Shiho lives to see her perfect sister miserable.

Keiko begins to suspect her husband Shinichi is cheating, never imagining the other woman is her sister Shiho. She accuses her best friend Yuka and loses her. While Shiho secretly smirks, Keiko learns she's pregnant with Shinichi's child.

Overjoyed by her pregnancy, Keiko falls down the stairs at a department store with her sister Shiho and miscarries. At the hospital, Shiho cries, blaming herself, but Keiko comforts her. Shiho is secretly pleased.
