Featuring brand new never-seen-before sketches, Miranda is joined by friends Patricia Hodge, Sarah Hadland and Tom Ellis. Plus there’s an unmissable guest appearance from Kirstie Allsopp. Fortunately Miranda is also joined by fitness expert Amelia Watts. The workout section of this includes warm-up, 20-minute cardio session, 5-minute high intensity cardio routine, 10-minute strength exercises for arms, core, legs and bums and an additional relaxation session.

We find Miranda where we left her, with two proposals - one from Gary and one from Mike. Will she choose one of them or will she run away from the pressures of relationships and the fear of not coping with being a wife?
