College Wrestling Champion Rusty Kleberkuh announces that he is going pro, but Baron Kleberkuh and Stack Johnson quickly school him to the fact that it takes more than being a great wrestler to make it in the treacherous world of pro wrestling.

Johnny DuBose and Rusty's families each try to court the biggest wrestler in the world: the moronic hillbilly man-mountain Booter Lee Bogg. However, while they try to bribe him, Booter worries that if he wrestles he will wake up an ancient demon.

After Johnny DuBose frames Rusty for murder, Rusty goes on trial and unwisely enlists his brother Balthazaar as his attorney. Balt, whose legal education comes solely from watching movies, enlists Stack Johnson to intimidate the jury.

Kleberkuh runs away to Mexico and gets involved with a cult.

As Stack Johnson is in debt to Johnny DuBose, he decides to open up his own pro wrestling themed seafood restaurant to make some money.

Old wrestlers are presumed dead after a fight in the desert.
