Tough Kids follows three boys from Coventry as they become the first-ever children to tackle the Tough Guy Assault Course in Wolverhampton. The endurance test is attempted by thousands of adults each year but not all of them complete obstacles such as the Somme Surprise and the Stalag Escape. Which of the 12-year-olds will make it to the end?

Iona is a 15-year-old British girl who lives on a floating hospital that sails around the world, and Grace is a Congolese teenager, whose life has been shattered by the growth of an enormous tumor on her face. At the moment, the Floating Hospital is based in Congo, in West Africa. Grace and her mum have travelled days from Kinshasa to the ship.

Joanne can text faster with her top lip than most people can with their fingers, can eat spaghetti balancing her fork under her chin and is on first name terms with her favourite band, One Direction. She is also one of only seven people in the world born with no limbs due to a condition called Total Amelia.

Amy and her sister Daisy often don't see their dad for months at a time, so when it looked like he'd be away for Christmas they decided to pack their bags and join him on the other side of the world. Their dad is a wildlife cameraman making a film about a colony of penguins that surround a post office in Antarctica. When they finally arrive, after a tricky sea voyage, he enlists their help with filming the penguins!

Go on a guided tour by 16-year-old Syrian Ahmed through one of the biggest refugee camps in the world, Zaatari in Jordan. Ahmed is like any other boy his age, except he's had to leave everything behind, including his toys and technology, to move to the refugee camp. Life in Zaatari is nothing compared to home.

This film follows Libby, Ethan and Oliver as they learn to control their mental health to achieve simple goals. Libby has anxiety but is determined to conquer it, so she can walk to school on her own for the first time. Ethan's ADHD means he has low self-esteem and is unable to speak on the phone, but wants to build his confidence. Oliver has OCD which makes him afraid of germs and dirt, but he's determined to learn to control it so he can play outside.
