Colin and Manu hunt for deer at Poronui Lodge, take a chopper from Nelson to South Island over the Marlborough Sounds and cook a meal on a remote beach.

In the wild West Coast, Colin and Manu explore caves, raft down a river, cook dinner by the roadside, and learn the history and craft behind pounamu stone carvings in Hokitika.

Continuing down the West Coast, Colin and Manu learn about local butter, catching and cooking fish at Hari Hari, visit Lake Hāwea, and enjoy some world-class wine at a Central Otago winery.
