Pete and Maddie begin the fight to keep Theo, but it's an expensive and painful process and the constant dredging up of their past starts to damage their relationship.

Pete is questioned by police. Miles leaks the story to the press, costing Pete his job. His life unravelling, Pete realises to save his family, he must dig into Miles' murky past.

Episode 4
The final court hearing looms and the boys' fate will be decided. Miles' twisted lies might get exposed for what they are, or maybe Pete and Maddie will lose everything.
