Rising Phoenix: Road to Tokyo

Follows Paralympians preparing to compete in the delayed Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. We meet the athletes and gain a sense of their lives, including a wheelchair basketball player from Afghanistan, a British table tennis player and a Japanese canoeist.

At the start of 2021 there's anticipation that the postponed Games might finally take place. But questions remain about whether spectators should be allowed or if the Games can safely proceed at all.
