Sean visits his restaurant construction in South Australia and visits New York for ideas and taste sensations.

In Adelaide, the restaurant's construction is running ahead of schedule. Sean pays a visit to Michael Erikson's farm to source some free-range Berkshire pigs.

Construction is well underway at the new restaurant, with the fittings being installed. Plus Carly is busy with testing kitchen equipment, Julie is managing the floor staff and Sean tests out a new chef.

Sean goes on a fishing expedition to sate his appetite for seafood. After visiting the Bronx with Larry Romano, Sean returns home for his restaurant opening.
