Sir Lenny Henry is joined by actors Lucy Punch and Helen George, TV presenters Rachel Riley and Ade Adepitan, McFly bassist Dougie Poynter and comedian Ross Noble as they embark on a dangerous journey to the Bahamas to swim with man-eating sharks.

The celebrity team discovers that their final mission will be to swim with 18-foot tiger sharks. Ade struggles to master his special diving equipment during a training exercise and makes a mad dash for a boat with sharks all around him.

The celebrities are cast out to sea. As Sir Lenny Henry sends a message to his agents that they are all fired, the team learn how to free dive with no scuba equipment. Lucy has an encounter with the great hammerhead shark.

The celebrity team's training ramps up as the tiger shark dive draws near with Tristan and Danni revealing that the team will scuba dive in an old shipwreck. While on their most technical dive yet, Lenny and Lucy struggle with their buoyancy.

The celebrity team come to the end of their fast-track training to dive with 18-foot tiger sharks and relocate to the world-famous dive site of Tiger Beach. They are given one last chance to hone their skills and demonstrate their readiness.
