Two friends start looking for new flatmates after their previous flatmates move out. When their landlord arrives, they realise their choice might be more complicated than they though.

One month after Graham and Laura have moved in, Chris Baker still acts like he lives there. When two surprise visitors arrive, they threaten to upset Ryan.

The day gets off to a bad start as the unwashed flatmates fight to fix a broken shower, and Alfonso is interviewed by a journalist with a hidden agenda.

Out of the blue Alfonso's sister, Giulia, arrives from Italy, and she has a secret. Meanwhile, the housemates arrange a party, much to the dismay of Graham.
EPISODE 5
Episode 5
Changes are afoot in the flat as Graham finally loosens up, and heartbreak is imminent when one of the housemates leaves to start a new life in America.
Ryan is back from LA, but all is not well, Chris has a key to the flat, the rent needs paying and no one knows what happened on "that night".
