`Stag' is a comedy thriller written by BAFTA and Golden Globe nominee Jim Field Smith. The story follows a group of friends who attend the stag weekend of groom-to-be Johnners. Joining his brother-in-law's party is shy, overly-sensible school teacher Ian Telford. Organised by best man Ledge, the group embarks on a deer-stalking journey in the Scottish Highlands. Before long the trip turns into a nightmare when tables are turned and the pursuers become the targets. As secrets emerge and friendships are tested amid the guys' struggle for survival, the hunt for human flesh begins, one body at a time.
