Keith is joined by daytime TV favourites Richard and Judy – "the Everest of relationships". They tell all about the first time they met, Judy is particularly frank about Richard's weak bladder and Keith goes to great lengths to research Richard’s snoring habits. Keith gets out of the studio with BBC's Would Like To Meet relationships expert, Tracey Cox. Under her specialist guidance, he masters the technique of sending out the correct signals to make the right first impression on a date. Armed with this knowledge, Keith then tries his hand at the current fad of speed-dating, but leaves empty-handed after marvelling at a photo of his "little smashers" with every single candidate. Then it's back to the studio and an audience grilling for TV's most popular couple. Is a healthy sex life important in a marriage? Keith barely knows where to look after this impudence from a chosen inquisitor – but he needn't worry, Richard and Judy are in instant agreement on this particular matter…

Keith is joined by Bryan and Kerry McFadden, a couple who have famously bucked the trend for living in sin. There seems to be some disagreement between the two about where they first met and made love. Keith soon calms down the squabbling couple, although it gives Bryan a chance to reveal what he really thinks of his mother-in-law. Keith also visits lifestyle guru Paul McKenna, whose book, How To Mend A Broken Heart, is a bestseller. Paul explains that there are simple tips to help a subject feel more attractive and confident. Then it's off to a traditional tea dance at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, where Keith is soon in his element tango-ing and fox-trotting with a willing supply of pensioners. Back in the studio, he sets up a personality test for his two guests. Who is Kerry's favourite member of the boyband Blue, and does Bryan know the tog value of their duvet?

If anyone should know what makes a perfect relationship, Keith's next celebrity couple should know. Pint-sized comedian Ronnie Corbett and his wife Anne have one of the longest-running marriages in showbusiness; they have been together for 39 years. Keith explores the secret of such longevity, and asks what tips they can they offer on achieving a happy marriage. Keith also calls on playboy/nightclub owner Peter Stringfellow for advice on seduction techniques; and top zoologist Terry Nutkins gives an insight into relationships within the animal kingdom. As usual, the show ends with the studio audience quizzing the guests. Ronnie and Anne give shocking and hilarious insights into their blissful home life – but who really does wear the trousers in their marriage?

Keith welcomes to his show Darren Day and Suzanne Shaw, a couple of young lovebirds who have lived out their blossoming relationship in the glare of the paparazzi. He aims to discover how they cope with living in a media goldfish bowl, if there are plans for marriage, and what arrangements they are making for the arrival of their first child. Keith also meets serial polygamist, the Marquess of Bath, for advice on juggling 76 wife-lets; then goes to the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival to look at alternative, New Age ways of keeping relationships fresh. Back in the studio, the audience have their chance to grill the guests. Does Darren keep in touch with all his exes and which celebrity friends do they hang out with? But, most important of all, will he be lending a hand with the nappies?

Keith Barret entertains TV presenter Sian Lloyd and Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik. Naturally, Keith wants to know how Lembit proposed and what plans the couple have for their wedding. The audience then grill the guests, asking such probing questions as would Lembit change his political affiliation for Sian and who makes the tea in the morning. Lembit also illustrates why he always carries a harmonica with him. Keith also visits a hen night in Brighton – where 21 riotous hen parties celebrate their last days of freedom – and gets to see more than he bargained for.

Keith Barret plays host to TV journalist and opinionated music svengali Tony Wilson (the man responsible for New Order, Happy Mondays and the whole Madchester scene) and his partner Yvette Livesey, a former Miss United Kingdom. Keith discovers that the couple can't decide whether they should tie the knot, even after being together for nearly 14 years. He also meets financial guru Alvin Hall (from BBC Two's Your Money Or Your Life), who offers advice on the best ways to budget for happiness in a relationship and tells Keith how he can be the perfect parental role-model to his "two little smashers".
