The Way

Geoff, separated from his wife Dee, is confronted by someone from his past. Their daughter, Thea, is pushed to the limit as her brother Owen battles the world around him. A shocking event spreads panic, and a heated meeting prompts a strike.

With the town under martial law, Dee and Geoff try to find son Owen who, denied medication, is hallucinating in an isolation camp. Anna has been co-opted to work there and knows something is not right.

Family tensions erupt, and home truths are voiced, as the Driscolls continue on their journey. They find an uneasy sanctuary in Reading before being forced to flee again, eventually arriving at a refugee camp, where Geoff's actions catch up with him.
