Ted West learns that one of his own gang could be the snitch, after his release from a three-year sentence in prison; Lefty has stepped up as the leader in Ted's absence but Ted isn't happy about the way Rita and Wolf have been treated.

Rita gets bored while Ted is away on business, so she decides to pursue other interests; Wolf causes tension with the neighbours after he vandalizes their property; Rita wants to pursue her own career.

Rita takes in Carol after Phineas beats her up; Ted's South Island payroll job is interrupted by the police who aren't targeting the gang but instead overstayers; Ted decides that they should take on Falani, a homeless disco dancing overstayer.

The family falls apart when another poisoned dessert shows up and puts everyone on edge; the notorious Mr Asia hooks the gang up with a new deal.

The Wests deal with some explosive consequences after the biggest job yet doesn't go as planned; Wolf gets a girlfriend.

Rita and Ted aren't sure of how to deal with Wolf's unexpected outbursts, especially when they find out that he has been "doing the dirty" in more ways than one.
