Yugi and his friends play a card-battling game called Duel Monsters with roots in ancient Egypt. They must battle other forces to protect an ancient puzzle with secret powers.

The Heart of the Cards
We meet up with Yugi, the king of games, his friends, and his grandfather, who owns a game shop. There, Yugi discovers the Blue Eyes White Dragon card.
EPISODE 2
The Gauntlet Is Thrown
Yugi receives a mysterious package containing a videotape and an official duelling glove. Pegasus challenges Yugi to a match, and the stakes are high.
EPISODE 3
Journey to the Duelist Kingdom
Joey tries to help his sister and promises to win the Duel Monsters tournament, and sneaks on board the ship to the Duelist Kingdom with Yugi.
EPISODE 4
Into the Hornet's Nest
Join Yugi, the king of games, and his friends as they join the ultimate Duel Monsters showdown.
EPISODE 5
The Ultimate Great Moth
At the Duelist Kingdom, the duel is on. Yugi challenges Weevil, and while it looks like Yugi has the upper hand, Weevil has a surprise up his sleeve.
EPISODE 6
First Duel
Yugi meets up with Mai, a player with a seemingly psychic edge, who challenges Joey to a match. Joey isn't sure, but it's not long before he uncovers Mai's secret.
