Jack Taylor

Jack Taylor was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Taylor's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the crime adaptation "Stranger Came Home" (1954) with Paulette Goddard, the Michael Redgrave adaptation "The Sea Shall Not Have Them" (1955) and "Sea Fury" (1958). He also appeared in the June Laverick adventure "Son of Robin Hood" (1959), the Kenneth Williams comedy "Carry on Spying" (1964) and the horror flick "Count Dracula" (1970) with Christopher Lee. He kept working in film throughout the seventies, starring in "Los Adolescentes" (1975), "La Comtess aux Seins Nus" (1975) and "Viaje al centro de la tierra" (1977). He also appeared in "Journey to the Center of the Earth" (1977) with Kenneth More. During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in the action picture "Les Predateurs de la nuit" (1988) with Christopher Mitchum, the horror film "Edge of the Axe" (1989) with Barton Faulks and the Oliver Reed adventure sequel "The Return of the Musketeers" (1989). He also appeared in "1492: The Conquest of Paradise" (1992) with Gérard Depardieu and the Mickey Rooney comedy "The Milky Life" (1993). Taylor most recently appeared on the documentary "Óscar. Una pasión surrealista" (2008) with Victoria Abril.
