Elegant Yokai Apartment Life

Yushi's dream is to move out of his uncle's home and into the dorm at the local business high school, but when his school dorm burns down, he's left with nowhere to go.

Yushi leaves the yokai apartments and sets out for the school dorm life he's always dreamed of, but it may not be everything he's hoping for.

Furuhonya, an old bookseller, is back from his travels with a magic book that takes an immediate liking to Yushi.

Yushi and Hase are chased to an abandoned building by a group of angry thugs; when Yushi turns to his magic book for help, every one of the monsters he summons is completely useless.

Hase is finally coming to visit the yokai apartments, and Yushi wonders if his friend will be able to get along with his supernatural neighbors.

Hase, who is spending the night at the yokai apartments, learns more about the residents and the differences between humans and yokai.
