Nozomi has grown into an adult.

After the six Precures become adults, they each walk their own paths in life, with both smooth sailing and troubles beneath the surface; a few days after their miraculous reunion, eerie dark figures called Shadows appear in the city.

Nozomi suddenly changes into her middle-school self; she transforms into a Precure and fights off the Shadows; Karen, who has become a doctor, is facing her own troubles.
