Ross draws a mustache on Rachel's face, which won't come off. Chandler prepares to go back to New York but Monica stops him. Joey tries to find his hand twin. Rachel refuses to leave her room and Ross desperately tries to make it up to her. Monica and Chandler are on a big roll. Chandler proposes to Monica; her response will be based on a throw of the dice. She rolls a hard eight and says yes. Rachel and Ross get drunk; he paints his face and they leave the room together. Phoebe gets kicked out of the casino but comes back in to annoy the ""hand twin."" Monica and Chandler go to the chapel to get married...only to find out that the drunk Ross and Rachel got there first...
