Luca Barbareschi

Luca Barbareschi was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Barbareschi began his acting career with roles in such films as "Summertime" (1983), the adaptation "Sogno di Una Notte d'Estate" (1983) with Flavio Bucci and "Chi Mi Aiuta...?" (1984). He also appeared in "Impiegati" (1984), "Romance" (1986) and the Renee Simonsen drama "Monte Napoleone" (1987). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, appearing in the comedic adventure "Ti Presento un'Amica" (1988) with Giuliano DeSio, "Bye Bye Baby" (1989) and "In Nome del Popolo Sovrano" (1990). He also appeared in "L' Amico Arabo" (1991). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Bits and Pieces" (1997), the comedy adventure "Le Fils du Francais" (1999) with Josiane Balasko and "The International" (2009). He also appeared in the Luigi Lo Cascio dramatic adaptation "We Believed" (2010). Most recently, Barbareschi acted in "Something Good: The Mercury Factor" (2015).
