Satsumi Matsuda

Satsumi Matsuda is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Arts Vision. She is the twin sister of Risae Matsuda. Both were the 4th and 5th Anisong Grand Prix Finalists with Marina Kawano and Konomi Suzuki.
