Superintendent Lin Guozheng is known to be virtuous and has cracked down on numerous triad activities. His wife, Chai Jie, is therefore very worried. She finally manages to persuade him to immigrate to Canada for the safety of their young daughter, Min. Lin is unwilling to go, but he cannot give up his marriage and family. In order to change his wife's mind, he accompanies her to New York for a vacation instead. There, however, he encounters one his deadly enemies, "Prince". Lin has to protect Jie on the one hand, while on the other, he has to nail down "Prince"........
