Scott Conant hosts a game where culinary skill meets strategy as talented, ruthless chefs from around the world compete to win a seat on the House of Knives throne. The last chef sitting on the throne will wear the culinary crown and win $100,000.

Host Scott Conant challenges six chefs to create dishes using a signature ingredient in hopes of impressing judges Marcus Samuelsson and Judy Joo. The winner will take the throne as the first ruler of the game, and one chef will be banished.

The chefs are challenged to create layered dishes in hopes of earning control of the game. One contender takes a sweet risk in order to stand out but runs into a slew of problems. The winning chef makes a strategic decision.
