Iván García

Iván García Guerra was a Dominican theater actor, narrator, journalist, playwright, academic and director of theater. In 2015, he won the highest distinction granted by the Soberano Awards. In honor of him, Arisleyda Beard, on January 5, 2010 founded the Iván García theater school and performance hall theater-school in the city of Puerto Plata.
