Clarilu is a brave girl who has adventures with her friends and her dog Lápiz. In each episode, Clarilu receives a mysterious letter that presents the day's theme.

Clarilu and her dog receive a letter of a missing kite and carry out an investigation to solve the mystery; Griselda the spider and the butterflies provide clues and the letter A is extremely important.
EPISODE 2
Episode 2
Clarilú and her dog Pencil set out to solve the mysterious case of the sticky button to the beat of a fun song; Pipo gives them a clue in which the letter O has more than one meaning.
EPISODE 3
Episode 3
Clarilú must learn to sing and count at the same time in order to solve a riddle; Cuac, Duvet, Griselda and Pipo will also join the musical party.

Episode 4
Clarilú and Pencil will have to learn the colors and follow the path marked by the letter E to solve the mystery of a lost purple comb.
EPISODE 5
Episode 5
Clarilú and Pencil set out to solve a riddle about a colorful watering can; Pipo, Cuac and Duvet provide valuable clues.

Episode 6
The arrival of spring prompts everybody to sing and celebrate, but first Clarilú must solve a riddle with the help of Cuac, Duvet and Pipo, and follow the path set by the letter I.
