Somehow, the guitar that he used to love to play and the basketball games that he found so fun just lost their appeal... That was until Ritsuka Uenoyama randomly met Mafuyu Sato.

Boys in the Band
Ritsuka Uenoyama meets Mafuyu Sato and fixes his guitar, prompting Mafuyu to beg him repeatedly for lessons.
EPISODE 2
Like Someone In Love
Ritsuka introduces Mafuyu to his other bandmates, Haruki Nakayama and Akihiko Kaji, who convince Ritsuka to teach Mafuyu how to play guitar.
EPISODE 3
Somebody Else
Ritsuka is floored after hearing Mafuyu's singing voice and invites him into the band, but Mafuyu declines; Ritsuka, however, can't take no for an answer.

Haruki's friend Koji Yatake asks if he and his band would like to appear in a live show he's putting on.

The Reason
Since Akihiko rode his motorcycle into town, he asks to spend the night at Haruki's place, prompting Haruki to think back on the first time they met.

Creep
Ritsuka hears a rumor that the person that Mafuyu used to date had died, leaving him a bit shaken and unable to summon the courage to ask him about it.
