Where's Johnny?

S5, E3: Johnny Sack is moving quickly and ruthlessly to take over the New York mob. When bookie Lorraine Calluzzo fails to pay Johnny his share of her profits, Johnny sends one of his crew to issue a violent warning to Lorraine that she'll never forget. Lorraine reaches out to Tony for help, and the boss tries to negotiate a power-sharing plan with Johnny who angrily refuses.
