Ting Siu Chung (Sammo Hung) and Biu (Kenny Bee) are lowly employees of a jewelry shop. Ting too often is the target of abuse from the manageress. One day the two are sent to show the diamonds to a sheik. They are robbed on their way to the bank. One by one they are being accused to be in collusion with the robbers. That makes Ting very angry. To get even, he plans to kidnap the manageress. Biu somehow learns of the plot. Ting gets the wrong woman, kidnapping Jo Chou (Joey Wong). Before he can say ABC, Biu comes along and kidnaps Jo from Ting. Ting demands a ransom from the shop. Biu asks Ting for a ransom. Both of them come up with nothing, of course. Not exactly nothing because when they go back to work, they find Jo has taken over the shop. And she appearently thinks kindly of her kidnapper Ting.
