It turns out that low testosterone levels are the cause, but the patient worries that the treatment may change him into a man that his wife doesn't want.

Larry's friend Ron is so impressed by Larry's frankness that he hires him as a `social assassin' and asks him to stop his wife saying `LOL' when she finds something funny. Later, Larry causes a ruckus when he starts eating at a Palestinian restaurant.
