Ari tries to persuade his wife that he is buying Terrance's company for purely business reasons, Turtle still cannot get over Jamie-Lynn, so plans a way to get her back, while Eric's special meal with Sloan does not go very well. Drama decides to quit acting and turns downs another chance at the new series of `Melrose', and Matt Damon and Lebron James try to get Vince involved in Matt's charity before Vince goes to Italy.

Ari is suspicious when Terrance offers to sell him his share of the business and Eric has to go to the doctor after hearing some unpleasant news. Elsewhere, Drama gets out of control during his big audition, and Turtle gets ready for Jamie-Lynn's departure.

Drama is keen to get out of his contract on Five Towns to win a part on another show, and Ari and Lloyd go head-to-head to be the first to manage it. Turtle is conflicted about his relationship with Jamie-Lynn and a UCLA student, and Ashley has a request for Eric.
