Po and Monkey race to find a sacred orchid to cure a sick Tigress. However, Monkey is hypnotised by the evil Scorpion into hunting down another target, Po, who at first doesn't realise he is being manipulated.

When Po breaks the training room in the Jade Palace, he finds the maker to fix it. Po soon finds out that he is actually an old enemy of Shifu and that he has come for revenge.

Po has to go undercover as a prisoner in Chor Ghom Prison to learn where the diabolical Tong Fo hid the ultra-dangerous Sacred War Hammer of Lei Lang.

Po learns that there have been many Furious Fives before the current one and that the most powerful member has always become evil.

After an incident with the Mystical Mirror of Yin and Yang, Po is acting strangely, he's sweet and kind one minute, then mean and violent the next. It is possible that there are two of him.

Two Kung Fu Masters visit the Jade Palace to check up on Shifu. Po disobeys an order and causes the downfall of Master Shifu and the Furious Five.
