Ten of Thailand's most popular comedians compete against each other for six consecutive hours. Their objective is to remain totally impassive while trying to make the other participants laugh.

After the elimination, the nine remaining contestants get back into the game and devise strategies, but all attempts at laughter fail. Fortunately, the hosts present an activity that makes the contestants laugh.

The hosts are forced to punish one of the contestants for not taking part. Meanwhile, Pingpong's surprise nearly broke most of the contestants, adding a touch of humour and the unexpected.

A contestant is caught laughing just as Tum realises the uselessness of his joke book. Tum's attempt to invite friends almost backfires, but he manages to hold back his laughter.

The remaining contestants battle each other and themselves to hold back laughter. Tum's unique technique sparks controversy and the ire of many of the other contestants, just as Granny Zani comes to pick him up.

Kyutae's weakness for Ticha's antics gets him in trouble, while Phuak's attempt to trigger yellow cards with collective laughter fails. The hosts enact a no-laughing rule with red-card consequences for the last hour.
