Australia's most talented home cooks compete for the coveted title of MasterChef 2021, with this year's grand prize including $250,000.
It's the second day of Judges' Auditions and there are only five spots left to fill in the top 24. Australia's best home cooks are given a final chance to bag themselves a spot in the next round.
The Top 24 home cooks in Australia are welcomed to the kitchen by former MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson, who reveals the ingredients for today's mystery box. Three of the best dishes will be awarded an immunity pin.
The judges will be wondering which came first, when contestants are challenged to create dishes that feature a chicken or an egg. The one with the least impressive dish will be sent home.
Amateur cooks from around Australia compete in a series of unique challenges judged by culinary experts and world famous chefs. All in the hope of being crowned the best amateur chef in Australia.
