S1, E2: James is delighted to be picked to take the Mayor and the Fat Controller to a ball in Vicarstown. But, at the end of the day, is horrified when his guard finds a tiny scratch on his paintwork! He insists on being repainted, thinking the windy weather will dry him as he zooms along, but leaves and twigs stick to his wet paint instead!
