S1, E3: One day two visitors come to the Island of Sodor to take pictures of interesting engines. When they don't say hello and drive through a puddle splashing Bert with muddy water, he decides they are very rude. He decides to get his own back by using his steam to make water rain down on them from the wet branches, but the Small Controller is not very happy with him.
