Corrina, Corrina

A widower and his nine-year-old daughter are losing their battle with grief until a stranger comes to work for them and brightens up their lives. The housekeeper-cum-nanny's personality makes up for her lack of domestic skills, but she's black, and in 1959 America, the neighbours don't take kindly to their blossoming relationship.
