Hell or Tide Water

Lt. Cmdr. Allan Parker is an old Canadian Sea Dog with a chip on his shoulder and big problems under the surface. The Tidewater pipeline is in trouble. The submersible crude carriers that transport the pipeline's crude to destination are under threat from Russian submarines and a mysterious software virus. And to top it all off, a film crew from "Humongous Boats" has arrived on scene.
