Thanks to Peter Bell and his infamous Black Hand Gang, the villainous newspaper tycoon Stark, is now safely locked behind bars. Even better, Peter's sister has, at last, turned her back on Josef, the nerdy greengrocer's son, and is now engaged to Stark's rival, Paul Velinga. Everything seems to be perfect. But even from the apparent security of prison, Stark still rules.
