Fifteen years after the Tooth Fairy wreaked havoc in a small town, the former pupils of the local school are meeting up for a school reunion. They may be older, but they are still scarred from what happened to them as kids, and they hope that by meeting up they can put old ghosts to rest. But, unbeknown to them, the evil Tooth Fairy has returned too and is after revenge and will stop at nothing to get it.
