Three contestants prepare popcorn-based dishes for the chance to compete against Braden White for an immunity pin.

The amateur chefs are tasked with cooking a dish using one ingredient from Marco Pierre White's mystery box.

The top three contestants from the invention test must make a filled pasta with a matching sauce. The winner will then enter a cook-off for immunity against guest chef, Jake Kellie.

Contestants have 75 minutes to create a delicious dish based on Nigella Lawson's divine indulgences. The top three will have a chance at immunity, while the bottom three face elimination.

The team challenge is all about the pub lunch. The contestants are split into two teams and must cook three courses for 70 people with Marco Pierre White running the pass.

Three contestants must recreate Reynold Poernomo's Moss dessert to avoid elimination in the Australian version of the popular cooking competition.
