The top 50 are given free reign to cook whatever they want with a barbecue challenge. The 10 worst are sent to a pavlova pressure test led by Donna Hay.

The contestants visit Maggie Beer's Eatery in the Barossa Valley for their elimination challenge, and participate in a masterclass at the Adelaide Markets.

With 70 minutes on the clock, the contestants must use all 11 ingredients in the box and create an amazing dish. Those with the lowest scores will face the pressure test.

The remaining contestants competed in a mise en place challenge for a chance to take the 10 spots in the top 24.

The contestants are asked to prepare their signature dish. The top seven undergo a beef wellington pressure test.

The red team enjoy their reward lunch at Luke Mangan's restaurant, Glass, while Devon and Jonathan fight to stay in the competition in the egg-based elimination round.
