When Sabre CEO Jo Bennett returns to Scranton to get to the bottom of who told the press about their printers catching on fire, suspicion falls on Andy.

Michael enlists Dwight's help when he thinks Donna may be cheating, while Andy can't seem to get people in the office to help with a customer complaint.

Andy's Twelve Days of Christmas-themed Secret Santa gifts to Erin do more harm than good, and Dwight and Jim hope to infuse the staff with holiday spirit, but Jim's decision to let Phyllis play Santa at the Dunder Mifflin Christmas party ires Michael. Elsewhere, a new warehouse worker catches Oscar's eye.

Michael is flummoxed when Jo takes a liking to Darryl and his shipping idea, Dwight proves an agitant when Jim returns from paternity leave, while Andy and Erin have their first date planned.
